emagine strengthens its European position by joining forces with Aspira.

emagine continues its European expansion by joining forces with the Irish-owned international consulting and technology business Aspira, which is headquartered in Ireland and with a presence in the Netherlands and Portugal.

It is an essential step in the company's continued European expansion and strategic aim to take a leading position in business and IT consulting services for an increasingly international clientele.

- By joining forces with Aspira, we get 225 skilled employees and consultants from the very top shelf within IT advisory, consulting, and development. At the same time, we are strengthening our presence in Europe with offices in Ireland, the Netherlands, and Portugal, says Anders Gratte, CEO of emagine.

- Aspira has special competencies in areas for which we experience greater and greater demand. This deal means emagine is coming one step closer to our goal of becoming one of Europe's largest consulting businesses within our segment, Gratte says.

Aspira is a strategic consulting and technology business that delivers high-complexity solutions to several major international companies and organizations.

Since its establishment in 2007, Aspira has doubled the company's size every three years, with double-digit growth rates over the past several years. In 2022, a turnover of EUR 21 million is expected and an EBITDA of EUR 2.4 million.

Growing by strategic partnerships

In 2021, emagine merged with two IT consultancies: the French emagine Group with a strong market position in France, Germany, and Great Britain, as well as Bragd Consulting Network in Norway. And by joining forces with Aspira, new opportunities arise for consultants and clients alike in both companies.

Since 2021, when Axcel took over the majority of the shares, emagine has grown considerably through acquisitions and organic growth. The goal for this year is to round 4 billion DKK in turnover.
